General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)) 📝

1. Purpose
   These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the site floraya-jz.myshopify.com.
   By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

2. Products
   The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.
   However, slight differences (color, dimensions, packaging) may exist between the photos and the actual product.

3. Prices
   Prices displayed on the site automatically adjust to the currency of the country selected by the customer.
   They include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
   Delivery is included in the displayed price (unless stated otherwise at the time of order).

4. Order
   Every order implies acceptance of the prices and the description of the available products.
   The seller confirms the order by email after payment validation.

5. Payment
   Purchases are paid online using the secure payment methods offered (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery
   Delivery is free for all orders.
   Average delivery times are 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.
   The customer will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
   In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
   Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its packaging.
   Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Liability
   The seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure or carrier disruptions.
