These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website floraya.ch .
By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

2. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Slight differences (colour, dimensions, packaging) may exist between the photos and the actual product.

3. Price
The prices displayed on the website automatically adjust to the currency of the country selected by the customer.
They include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is included in the price shown (unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering).

4. Order
All orders imply acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The seller confirms the order by email after payment has been validated.

5. Payment

6. Delivery
Delivery is free for all orders.
