Refund policy
Right of withdrawal and returns
By law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
At Floraya, we apply a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care products (cosmetics, skincare)
- Hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gases
- Promotional items or gift cards

Exchanges
To get the item you want quickly, return your product and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Cooling-off period in the European Union
If your order is shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Return conditions remain the same: the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- We will inform you if the refund is approved.
- If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Processing and posting of refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
